Refund Policy

All ticket(s) booked through us are non-changeable and non-refundable.

We take deposits that secure your seats however; fares may change until the balance payment made or until issuance:

• All upfront deposits are non-refundable.

• Please note that it is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that the outstanding balance payment is paid within the due date, wherein failure to do so would result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiting of the upfront deposit monies paid to us. Please ensure to update us about any payments that you make.

• Cancellations / Refunds are subject to the guidelines / restrictions imposed by the airline company less our administration charge. Please note that the refunds are processed in 7-8 business weeks, and no refunds would be paid out, till the same have been received from the relevant airline / supplier.

• All changes / amendments are subject to fare restrictions / availability of seats at the time of making an amendment.

Important Note on Issuance and Refunds

• Once full payment has been received for your flight ticket, holiday package, or Umrah package, and we have confirmed the payment with you, the issuance process begins immediately. After this point, if you request to cancel, stop the issuance, or make any changes, we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible or that any refund will be available. In most cases, the payment will become fully non-refundable.

You may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. However, please note that some components of your booking may be non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the lead-named passenger directly to the booking agent who handled your reservation. Please be aware that cancellations incur costs. An administration fee of at least £175 per person, per booking will apply. This fee may be higher depending on the services included in your booking or as specified in your travel documents. In addition to our administration fee, you will also be responsible for any cancellation charges imposed by the relevant travel service providers, such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators.

• After the ticket is issued, airline refund policy must apply. Different airlines have different refund policies and once the tickets are issued, then we are bound to follow their rules with regards to refunds of the tickets.

• Once the tickets are issued, the total cost is paid to the airline and therefore the refund, status of refund, time / date of refund, amount of refund, or any financial matters, claims or complaints are to be directly sorted out with the airline. The agency is not liable or has any influence direct or indirect on the airline offering or operations and bears no responsibility of airline actions. In case of cancellation by airlines (changes which lead to refund processing authorised by airline) shall entitle the passenger to the full refund of all such funds that the airlines pays back to us. This figure may differ from the original payment made initially at the time of booking. Ticket issuance and refund application are two separate activities and may be charged separately. In case the airline authorises full refund, there will still be charges applicable by us which will be pre-notified before applying for such refunds. However, we provide support, services and assistance in applying refunds, acquiring alternate options and in problem solving.

• In the unfortunate event of a passenger's death, an official death certificate must be provided in order to request a refund for any unused or partially used tickets. We will forward the documentation to the relevant airline; however, any refund is strictly subject to the airline’s own policies and discretion. Travel E Smart assumes no liability or guarantee for the outcome of such refund requests.

• Airline on strikes, in certain cases, may offer alternate flights or flights with other / code share airline or full/part refunds. However, the agency does not hold any liability for airline actions and the airline office should directly be contacted in these matters.
